A new initiative to employees housing deficit, Trident FQM through KTDC launched an employee self-built low cost area called Pineapple 1 with 320 plots made available initially. The plots were officially unveiled on 9th May 2025. This will enable employees build their own housing requirements with assistance with an employer assisted materials loan to easy the build of the units.
Due to overwhelming interest and demand, the plans are under way to open the phase 2 and 3 to include other stakeholders such as interested individuals, contractors and their employees. Planning works have commenced and applications are can be submitted to the KTDC sales office via email:
